Resumen
El presente trabajo, producto de algo más de tres años de trabajo investigativo y de campo, se pone en
consideración para su utilización con la finalidad de brindar una herramienta nueva a los
acuicultores con el fin de reducir los costos por alimento y la contaminación en los estanques de
cría y mejorar la nutrición de los animales y por lo tanto sus defensas ante los patógenos.
